The Foundation for Female Equity and Inclusion is asking companies throughout the country to sign our Pledge to Close the Gap, committing each organization to enhance their corporate social responsibility by adopting a holistic approach as they work to close the female equity gap. This includes a corporate social responsibility commitment by each organization to make visible change with expanded female equity policies, gender parity programming and ensuring opportunities are afforded to women interested in advancing their career.
We ask organizations of any size to join this crucial initiative that works to close the gap in female equity in all levels of the organization and restore equality in the workplace.
