Farmers Culture

At Farmers, we know we’re smarter through diversity. The Farmers Insurance culture supports veterans transitioning to corporate life, offers resources for persons with disabilities and those speaking English as a second language, and encourages awareness and support of underrepresented minorities and LGBT employees. Each employee’s experience counts—and new perspectives are critical to our continued success.

The Parent Connect Employee Resource Group will provide a diverse network, events, tools and resources to help working parents thrive in achieving both work and family goals, will partner with the business to give Farmers an advantage in the war for talent by attracting, engaging and retaining working parents, and will advance flexibility for all at Farmers.
