You can learn a lot about a company by where its people spend their Saturdays.
Some are packing meals at a food bank. Some are swinging hammers on a Habitat for Humanity build site. Some are mentoring a high schooler through her first job interview, or sitting with a veteran who’s figuring out what comes after the uniform. None of it shows up on a balance sheet, and all of it says something about what it’s like to work there.
For 25 years, BestCompaniesAZ has been dedicated to identifying, promoting, and elevating Arizona’s best companies. Along the way, we’ve learned that being a great company goes beyond workplace culture and business success. The best employers show up for the communities their employees live in, and they invite their people to show up too.
That’s the part of our work we love most. We exist to make connections that matter, and our favorite kind runs three ways:

Welcome Back to The Heart Tank™
This November and December, we’re excited to bring back Arizona’s Best Give Back – The Heart Tank™, a special campaign celebrating nonprofit organizations and the employers and community partners helping support their missions.
Throughout the holiday season, we’ll shine a light on organizations making an impact across Arizona, sharing their mission and stories, recognizing their supporters, and encouraging others to get involved.
We also simply love bragging about our clients. Arizona’s best companies do remarkable philanthropic work that rarely gets the spotlight it deserves. This season, it gets one.
A special thank-you to our Heart Tank™ Visionary Partner, LAVIDGE, for helping bring this campaign to life. Giving back is part of who LAVIDGE is. Through its employee-driven, leadership-supported LAVIDGE IMPACT program, the team has partnered with more than 40 local nonprofits, hosted over 100 community events and contributed more than 2,500 volunteer hours. From packing meals with Feed My Starving Children to sorting donations at New Life Center’s Hope’s Closet, LAVIDGE shows what it looks like when a company’s people show up for their community, and we’re proud to have them championing The Heart Tank™ alongside us.
