LAVIDGE IMPACT Program
IMPACT focuses on improving lives across our community by supporting children and families in need, individuals experiencing food insecurity, homelessness, and poverty, veterans, and animal welfare organizations through organized volunteer opportunities, charitable contributions, and strategic partnerships.
We’re not afraid to show our softer side. Or our mushy, caring, crying side.
Employee-driven and leadership-supported, IMPACT is built on one simple belief: collective generosity can create real change. Each year, IMPACT selects local nonprofits focused on children in need, hunger, homelessness, poverty, and animal welfare. Together, we organize volunteer events, donation drives, and in-kind marketing partnerships that make an immediate and meaningful difference.
Since its inception, IMPACT has partnered with more than 40 local nonprofits, hosted over 100 community events, and contributed more than 2,500 volunteer hours.

We rolled up our sleeves at Hope’s Closet, organizing clothing and essentials to help individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and homelessness feel supported, dignified, and cared for.

IMPACT packed 211 boxes of food which will be able to feed
124 KIDS
in Nicaragua for one year.
IMPACT collected four full boxes of toys during our agency-wide
TOY DRIVE
all throughout September, which is Childhood Cancer Awareness month.
IMPACT volunteers first wrote 500 letters to then be packed into
500 BAGS
of food for students in the Phoenix Unified School District
