The Home of Record Project
The Home of Record Project’s mission is to provide comprehensive housing assistance, financial stability grants, and social support services to veterans in need. We aim to fill the gaps where state and federal resources fall short, helping veterans regain stability, improve their overall well-being, and reintegrate into society as valued and empowered individuals.
Why Our Mission Matters
Every year, veterans face the risk of homelessness and housing instability. The Home of Record Project steps in where other resources fall short. We provide immediate housing support, eviction prevention, and personalized resources for each veteran. By acting quickly and with care, we help those who served regain independence, stability, and hope.
In addition to urgent housing support, we work closely with community partners, local organizations, and volunteers to create a network of care for veterans. Our approach is holistic, addressing not only immediate housing needs but also access to employment resources, financial guidance, and mental health support. By combining rapid response with long-term planning, we ensure that veterans don’t just find a home—they gain the stability and tools they need to rebuild their lives with confidence.
Operations
Operation Vanguard
Operation Vanguard is funded in part by a grant from the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services as made available through the Arizona Veterans’ Donation Fund. This support helps deliver rapid transitional housing and crucial support services to veterans facing housing instability. Operation Vanguard provides more than emergency housing assistance — we deliver a supportive framework that helps veterans regain stability and rebuild confidence.
VETERANS PATHWAY HOUSING PROGRAM (VPHP)
The Veterans Pathway Housing Program (VPHP) is a transitional housing and supportive services program designed to help veterans move from housing instability to long-term independence. VPHP combines safe, stable housing with individualized case management and veteran-focused resources so participants can rebuild stability, address the challenges that contributed to their housing crisis, and ultimately establish a new “Home of Record.”
