Our Claims team works with customers after they’ve been in an accident or suffered property damage. We know how stressful it is to experience a loss, and our philosophy is to deliver proactive, straightforward, knowledgeable service when our customers need us most—whether they’ve had a minor fender bender or a devastating house fire. With our new Claims training lab in Phoenix, we were able to think about how to bring more innovation and technology into the learning experience in a modern way. We’re making sure we’re thinking a few steps ahead on how we can deliver training in the best way to our Claims Reps, and this new learning experience improves customer experience, which is a win for all of us at Farmers.
