Members of the claims team are responsible for the investigation, evaluation and resolution of a variety of customer claims. Employees must be able to work with a range of people, including distressed customers, the parties involved in the loss, other insurance carriers, and lawyers.
The inbound sales team works with customers to help them understand insurance coverage and cost. Employees are business-minded, looking to identify the needs of our customers and make relevant insurance recommendations.
