BRGs at ADP are experiencing explosive growth. We’re now at 13K+ members – six times the number we had in 2013 when they launched! And, overall engagement measures of BRG members is higher than non-members, indicating the important role that these organizations play in ADP associates’ lives.

Azam, Interface Management Team Lead
Azam, an Interface Management Team Lead at ADP in Tempe, Ariz., works with clients to ensure all payroll-related files are successfully processed every day. She says, “I enjoy my role because I learn something new every day. Elisa, Sr. Human Resource Representative
Meet Elisa, Sr. Human Resource Representative at ADP in Tempe, Ariz. Elisa provides Human Resources guidance to clients related to employee relations, talent management, time and labor, compliance, and risk mitigation. “I love what I do!” she says. “It is always challenging and rewarding for me to know that I helped make our clients’ jobs a little bit easier by providing expertise and insight every day. When I go home at the end of the day, I know I’ve made a difference!” She says, “ADP allows for so much growth opportunity, such as additional certifications and opportunities to advance our careers. ADP really is my home and my colleagues are like family!”
Darren, Implementation Project Manager
At ADP in Tempe, Ariz., Darren, Implementation Project Manager, is responsible for coordinating all the pieces of a client’s implementation including payroll, time, HR, benefits, and more. Of working at ADP, Darren says he appreciates “the flexibility and the autonomy to create a game plan and a timeframe that works for both the client and ADP Implementation Team. Another tremendous asset of ADP are my colleagues. The amount of knowledge-sharing that takes place between ADP team members, as well as resources available, are outstanding and really facilitates productivity.”
Darren, an Army veteran, says, “ADP has a number of fantastic Business Resource Groups (BRGs). One such group that I am a part of is the Military Strong BRG. The Military Strong BRG allows former military, current military, and family members of military personnel to come together to find ways to support each other and our local communities.”
