A Legacy of Giving: The Heart Behind the Heart Tank™
One of our most meaningful initiatives began during our 20th anniversary five years ago: Arizona’s Best Give Back – The Heart Tank™.
Created to elevate nonprofit organizations across Arizona, the Heart Tank™ shines a spotlight on organizations doing extraordinary work behind the scenes, often without the recognition or resources of larger, more visible charities.
Through this initiative, BestCompaniesAZ’s annual partners help sponsor nonprofits by providing promotional support that amplifies missions making a real difference in communities across Arizona.

Heart Tank™ Relaunch for National Volunteer Month in Arizona
In honor of our 25th anniversary, we are proud to revitalize the Heart Tank™ this April during National Volunteer Month, bringing renewed energy and expanded support to nonprofits across Arizona.
This relaunch is made possible through the collaboration of our award-winning clients and partners, whose shared commitment to community impact continues to inspire meaningful change.

Spotlight on Community Impact: The LAVIDGE IMPACT Program
A standout example of this commitment is the LAVIDGE IMPACT Program, which focuses on improving lives across Arizona by supporting:
- Children and families in need
- Individuals experiencing food insecurity and homelessness
- Veterans
- Animal welfare organizations
Since its inception, the program has partnered with more than 40 local nonprofits, hosted over 100 community events, and contributed over 2,500 volunteer hours.
