“At Rocket, I serve as the Chief Diversity Officer for Rocket Companies® . I have the honor of leading our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies. My career began at Rocket nearly 10 years ago and I’ve had the opportunity to lead several teams – Leadership Development, Organizational Engagement and Talent Management.
My team and I work hard to ensure Rocket Companies® weaves Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into all its practices, policies, processes and programs to ensure it is integrated into the organization’s DNA. Ultimately, we want to ensure our workplace gives every team member a sense of belonging as well as the clients we serve from communities and all walks of life.

We have 11 team member-led groups called Team Member Resource Networks, commonly referred to as TMRNs.
These communities are open to all team members and are devoted to fostering an inclusive environment for all.

Diversity STEM Champions provide underrepresented team members an engaging and collaborative space to inspire and support learning and growth as professionals in STEM.

Volunteering Is A Core Rocket Value
Going above and beyond is more than a business model, it’s how we create change. At Rocket, we constantly seek to build more equitable systems and compassionate communities — not only in the places we work, but across the country and beyond.
All our full-time team members receive unlimited paid time off (PTO) when used to participate in company-sponsored volunteering events. We go beyond this commitment and offer an additional 8 hours to volunteer with 501(c)(3) organizations of the team member’s choice. Team members are also eligible to earn grants that they can donate to a nonprofit of their choice when they volunteer a certain number of hours.
The Rocket Community Fund
The Rocket Community Fund’s driving vision is to simplify complex and inequitable systems to ensure that every American has access to stable, healthy housing. We also support people and practices that provide meaningful opportunities for education and employment.
Through our For More Than Profit℠ model, the Rocket Community Fund recognizes that business and community are inextricably linked, and it intentionally harnesses team member talent, technology, policy advocacy and philanthropic resources to cultivate comprehensive community development in Detroit and across the country.
