Employee Resource Groups
Our employee resource groups help our employees connect and communicate. ERGs are crucial in helping us hire and retain a team as diverse as our customers.
GoDaddy Women In Technology (GDWIT) is a volunteer-driven employee resource group whose mission is to close the gender gap in technology.
To this end, GDWIT is focused on 3 key areas:
- Creating an environment that makes GoDaddy an attractive place to work for top women in the tech industry
- Facilitating career advancement for women at GoDaddy
- Contributing to the broader industry discussion around gender equity in a meaningful way while strengthening our recruiting pipeline
GoDaddy Veterans (GDVET) creates a welcoming and vibrant community of GoGetters with shared experience and values of military service, either directly or through family members. Placing emphasis on promoting career development and continued skill development of Veterans at GoDaddy, particularly in technology, engineering, and general business disciplines. We are proud to bring mentorship programs, buddy systems, and a quarterly speaker series to support those who have served and their allies.
GoDaddy UNITED is designed to ensure within the walls of our company, EVERYONE is able to be themselves, feels safe and informed with regards to issues relating to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender community. With a mission that all individuals feel comfortable from a 360-degree perspective when it comes to all things relating to the LGBT community, we identify opportunities for GoDaddy to engage LGBT consumers and recruit LGBT employees. We work towards our goal and mission by providing internal education, community partnership, rainbow roadshows, and guest speakers.
The GDFIT mission is to bring GoDaddy employees together to promote a healthy mindset and lifestyle. By creating opportunities to connect, get active and get informed, we will foster a supportive and health-inspired culture. We sponsor events in many areas, including team sports, running, yoga, hiking, meditation, and healthy eating.
Each GoDaddy location has its own GDFIT chapter and is completely inclusive, with membership and event participation open to all GoDaddy employees.
GoDaddy Asians celebrate the unique cultures within the group while empowering our employees of Asian descent at GoDaddy.
Our group, GoDaddy Black in Technology (GDBIT) aims to bring awareness of the many opportunities and possibilities of a career within GoDaddy to the Black Diaspora Community. Our goal is to assist in recruiting, hiring, and advancement by preparing the community, both internal and external, young and experienced, with additional knowledge and skills needed for a successful career. GDBITprovides employees with continued career development through a diverse speaker series, ever-increasing network of employees, and a shared desire for inclusion.
GoDaddy Latinx In Technology (GDLIT) focuses on facilitating career path avenues and advancement for employees while building awareness of Latinx initiatives and contributing to the broader discussion around diversity. We want to create a better working experience and strengthen our recruiting pipeline to continue to bridge the diversity and inclusion gap.
