Spear: Involved in the Community

Spear participates in monthly initiatives that include community outreach, employee wellness, and team member appreciation events. Just last year, we raised and donated more than $7,000 for more than a dozen Arizona nonprofits, volunteered more than 100 hours, donated 300 meals to the less fortunate and filled 300 backpacks with dental hygiene and school supplies for underserved children. We encourage our team members to be active in the community by offering a paid volunteer day each year.
