  1. Open, honest and frequent communication. We have monthly Townhalls, a weekly newsletter called Next Week Today, conduct weekly Executive group lunches and use OfficeVibe to gather weekly feedback from our employees.
  2. Spear Cares. Spear provides company-wide monthly initiatives including community outreach, wellness, and team member appreciation events. To this end, we offer a paid volunteer day each year.
