Founder & CEO
Brandon Ramsey is a growth strategist, connector, and community-driven leader who has built his career at the intersection of corporate growth, workforce development, employer branding, community partnerships, and social impact.
He created BRAMZ after seeing talented, passionate, and mission-driven people struggle, not because they lacked vision or ability, but because they lacked access, support, and the right relationships.
Through BRAMZ Growth Collective, Brandon brings people, strategy, relationships, and coordinated action together to help organizations expand their capacity and create lasting impact. His work is grounded in the belief that stronger businesses and nonprofits help create stronger communities.
COO & Strategic Advisor
Jena Cervantes acts as COO and Strategic Advisor for BRAMZ Growth Collective. She brings a strategy-first perspective to the organization, its brand, and its client relationships while helping support the coordinated growth of the collective.
Jena is a brand and marketing strategist with nearly two decades of experience driving growth across B2B and B2C environments.
She specializes in brand positioning, storytelling, campaign strategy, creative direction, and performance analytics. Her work focuses on translating complex organizational goals into clear, cohesive strategies that increase visibility, strengthen market position, and support measurable growth.
