Competitive Salary

There are many factors that affect the value of a competitive salary, including geographical location, average cost of living, supply and demand, type of profession and the state of the economy. We are proud to say out competitive salary is comparable if not more to the amount other people receive from similar companies with the same job title.

401(k) with company match

Following two (2) months of employment with Air2O, employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan, administered by ADP. Air2O will match up to 3.5% of your contributions.

Coverage

Two medical plans to select from—one of which has a $0 deductible! *Dental insurance *Vision insurance *Life insurance paid for by the company * Accident insurance.

Critical Wellness Insurance (covered by the company)

Guardian Critical Illness benefits help with additional costs not covered by insurance, related to covered illnesses such as cancer, heart attack, stroke, and Parkinson's Disease, etc. Unlike health insurance coverage, in the event a covered person experiences a serious illness, a predetermined lump sum amount up to $5,000 is paid directly to the you. Covered persons are also eligible to receive $100 wellness benefit each calendar year. With this policy, employee coverage is 100% paid for by Air2O, and dependent coverage can be purchased for a nominal amount.

Paid Holidays

We recognizes the following paid holidays. In the event one of the following company recognized holidays should fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the previous or following business day.

Paid Time Off

Regular, full-time employees are eligible for 15 days (120 hours) of vacation in their first year, accrued with each pay period.
